Privacy Policy

How information shared through this website is handled.

Effective date:

Montaro Marketing Consulting operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact joe@montaromarketing.com.

Information you choose to share

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include. When the contact form is available, it asks for your first and last name, work email, company name, job title or role, primary area of interest, and a description of what you are trying to improve. These fields are required. You may optionally provide your company website, company size, current CRM or marketing platform, how you heard about Montaro Marketing, and a marketing-email preference.

The form may also include the landing page, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters associated with your visit. These details help us understand which outreach or campaign generated an inquiry and are not used for third-party advertising.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential customer information, or proprietary business records through the website.

How information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and manage related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing list. If you separately select the optional marketing preference, we may send occasional marketing operations insights and updates. You can unsubscribe from those messages at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by emailing us. Your inquiry and normal follow-up are handled whether or not you select that option.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Service providers and external links

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser or device information in hosting and security logs. These records support website delivery, security, and troubleshooting. When the contact form is enabled, Resend processes the submitted information to deliver your inquiry to Montaro Marketing’s email inbox.

When the contact form is enabled, Upstash Redis stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address and an attempt counter to limit abuse. These application records expire after 10 minutes. We do not send your form contents or raw IP address to this rate-limit store.

HubSpot stores business inquiry contact and company information so we can manage discovery conversations, opportunities, and client relationships. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

MailerLite is used to send optional marketing communications. Only people who affirmatively request these communications are subscribed. Subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. MailerLite manages unsubscribe and subscriber preference information.

To prevent duplicate processing, Upstash also temporarily stores hashed inquiry and company identifiers, processing flags, and CRM record identifiers. These integration records expire within 24 hours; they do not contain your form contents or raw IP address.

Booking links open our Google Calendar booking page. Google processes the name, email address, and appointment time you provide to arrange your consultation and send a calendar invitation. A Google Meet link is generated for the appointment. These services are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels. It does not store your contact form information in browser storage.

No third-party analytics service is currently enabled. Website infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry correspondence while responding to your request and managing any resulting business relationship. We periodically review older correspondence and delete information no longer needed, except where records are required for legal, accounting, or dispute-related purposes. Hosting, security, and email-delivery records are subject to the providers’ retention settings and policies. You may contact us to request deletion or ask about the information held about you. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, email joe@montaromarketing.com. Requests will be considered subject to applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.
